Music heals psychological trauma – recounted by former military

How do it

A veteran who had been to war in Afghanistan shared the view that music saved him from the many psychological disorders that death and military chaos had caused. Dennis Mackenzie was interested in music from a young age and particularly liked this type of work after the difficult events of many years ago.

Upon his return to Canada, he underwent a medical examination, which revealed that psychological disorders had not been avoided. In order to get rid of any emotional oppression, the veteran decided to return to his old hobby. Now, Mackenzie is particularly pleased that he has decided not to give up music.
